...out of summer. It was a beautiful day today...one that had similar characteristics to Fall (since we did not go in the pool), and others that kept Summer alive (the sand and water tables lives on). Today was also DIPPING extravaganza! I made a crazy amount of different types of very Fattening dips...and called it a party! Rylan--the stinker that he is--wasn't a very kind host. He was mad that he had to share his things...especially his swing (poor Penelope couldn't swing in peace as Ry pointed and screamed)..thank GOD the little host finally went down for some napping! He also started to hit his friends and when I told him "NO" (with mean face) Penelope looked worried (even though she was the victim), and Ashley and Melody sang a little song that went a little something like this "no no no". I hope he learned his lesson. Rylan, Ashley, and Penelope are on the brink of becoming walkers....watch out world...the group might 100% be on the go soon! We also gave wagon rides (I know not pony rides...but hey it was something), which all seemed to enjoy---and if you saw melody's face full of excitement you would have enjoyed it too!
We also noticed that all of our kids have their own unique way of saying hello and goodbye...who would have thought there were so many ways to wave! And us Mom's had PLENTY to chat about...as we always do...even though most of us just saw each other Friday....(as my Dad would say "we can talk a dog off of a meat truck"). Another great Momma's Group Success! Next week we are at the top of the list again at Bianca's house!
